National contractor McLaren has secured its place on seven lots of the £5 billion London Construction Programme (LCP) framework.
The framework is open to all Public Sector Organisations in London and the home counties. McLaren's lots enable it to work with councils to deliver a range of residential, education, leisure, heritage and capital works.
The firm's success is partly due to the commitment to community benefits that the company was able to show during the bidding process.
The framework runs for five years, starting July 2019.
Kim Bromley-Derry, board director at McLaren, commented: "We're looking forward to working with Haringey and other public sector bodies to help them build stronger communities through delivering these important projects. It's so important to us to invest in local people and see a positive legacy from our work and what we build."
