A 1920s building in London's famous West End is set to be rebuilt in a new £55 million project.

Contractor Galliford Try has been appointed by The Portman Estate to deliver the AHMM-designed 1-4 Marble Arch scheme.

The project will include a full demolition and rebuild, creating three floors of retail space and a further seven floors of high quality Category A offices. The existing façade will be retained during the works.

This also represents Galliford Try's second scheme with The Portman Estate, following the successful delivery of the award-winning 1-9 Seymour Street in 2018.
