Experienced finance leader Mark Morris has been appointed as Interserve's new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Morris will take over from Mark Whiteling who is stepping down to pursue his non-executive career.
He brings significant experience to the role, previously holding positions as Chief Financial Officer for Seadrill Limited and Rolls-Royce plc.
Debbie White, Interserve Group Limited, Chief Executive Officer, said: "It is a pleasure to welcome Mark to Interserve. Mr Morris will become the new Interserve Chief Financial Officer, effective from 01 September 2019.
