Redrow Strengthens Customer & Marketing Division

Leading UK housebuilder Redrow has strengthened its customer and marketing team with a new company appointment.

Previous Group Communications Director, Matt Grayson has been appointed in the newly created role of Group Customer & Marketing Director.

In his new role, Mr Grayson will lead the newly-consolidated Group customer service, sales, marketing, and communications function at an Executive board level.

This position has been created as part of the company's effort to deliver a best in class and seamless customer experience as it responds to evolving consumer needs.

He brings experience as Head of Marketing and Communications with Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club to the new role.

John Tutte, Executive Chairman at Redrow, said: "We've recognised that the needs of our customers are changing, particularly as they increasingly transact and communicate with us in many ways and across multiple channels.
