RSK has enhanced its contracting division with the acquisition of environmental consultancy RAW Technology.

A leading specialist in inland oil spill response and remediation, RAW operates worldwide from 16 offices in the UK and Ireland.

The business will operate as RSK Raw with Neil Stothert keeping the role of Managing Director, which he has held for six years. RAW and its 85 employees will become part of RSK's contracting division under the direction of RSK divisional director Claire Knighton.

RSK Raw is the latest acquisition under RSK's funding package from Ares Capital Europe and a revolving credit facility provided by the NatWest bank announced in December 2018. It is the firm's fourth acquisition this financial year.
