Civil engineering and building company Britcon has retained its place on North Lincolnshire Council's latest Construction and Highways Framework.
The firm has been named as a a preferred contractor for the next four years on all lots for building works up to the value of £10 million. It has also been appointed to all general civils and road surfacing lots.
Britcon has completed building and civils projects for the council for more than 20 years.
Steve Horner, Pre-Construction Manager at Britcon said: "We are delighted to be retained on the framework for North Lincolnshire Council having proved our value on many regional projects such as the new £5.8 million state of the art office building for Ongo Homes and the £5.7 million extension and refurbishment of Church Square council offices.
"We are currently refurbishing the recently vacated Pitwood House, Scunthorpe for conversion into a new £5.2 million joint education facility for North Lindsey College and Lincoln University and look forward to helping to deliver further regional infrastructure projects in the near future. The last four schemes completed with North Lincolnshire Council have all been carried out by the same site team, engineers, architects and project Managers."
