Caddick Construction has completed the first two units of the industrial development at Cross Green Industrial Estate in Leeds, on behalf of Towngate.

Wine merchants, London City Bond, have expanded into the new 55,000 sq ft detached warehouse and Beerhawk have taken the second 62,500 sq ft detached warehouse. Both properties provide two-storey office space with scope for expansion, as well as large secure yards and loading areas.

Robert Smith from Towngate said: "We are thrilled with the completed first phase of construction at Towngate Link.
