The £39 million redevelopment of Liverpool Lime Street has been shortlisted for a prestigious property award.
The scheme, which transformed the iconic street into a new multi-use space, will compete for Commercial Development of the Year at the Insider Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2019.
As well as boosting retail and leisure space, the development also detailed the city's history through intricate façade artwork designed by famous local artist Anthony Brown.
It also features a 412-bed student accommodation block and a 101-room Premier Inn hotel.
ISG delivered the project on behalf of Ion Development.
The project is one of three up for the award in Liverpool on 06 June, with judges looking for evidence of quality, delivery on-time and on-budget and commercial success since becoming operational.
