Anthony Peter, Development Director, Argent Related, said: "BAM Nuttall has been selected as Brent Cross South's long-term infrastructure delivery partner; this is a critical role to help us achieve the level of the scale and ambition that we have for the new place. BAM Nuttall was chosen based on the quality of its team, its experience, innovation, approach to long-term partnering as well the respect it has for the local community; these values mirrors our and are particularly important for long-term regeneration schemes such as this."
Richard Prime, Divisional Director at BAM Nuttall, added: "We're very pleased to be involved in this exciting opportunity, transforming this area of London. For people living, and businesses working, in and around Brent Cross South, this development will have a hugely positive impact. This partnership extends from our successful delivery of high profile urban regeneration projects, such as the Olympic Park, King's Cross, and more recently Nine Elms. We look forward to building on and strengthening this collaboration with Argent Related and delivering success through our long term partnership."
