Milestone Marked On Mixed-Use London Scheme

A key milestone has been marked on Multiplex's mixed-use development in London's Fitzrovia.

The 80 Charlotte development will deliver 321,000 sq ft of commercial offices, 45,000 sq ft of residential apartments and 14,000 sq ft of retail space.

Multiplex representatives, along with client Derwent London, were on hand to host a topping out ceremony on the site. The last slab was laid on the building and a yew tree was hoisted in keeping with old Scandinavian tradition.

The project is now entering its final stages ahead of scheduled completion in early 2020.
