Kier To Deliver Three New Warehouses In Hampshire

Kier is set to deliver three new warehouse units in Hampshire after securing planning permission for the developments.

The firm's development arm, Kier Property will complete its Logistics City scheme in Whiteley, totalling warehouse space of 58,664 sq ft.

The site located near Solent Way, is the last remaining undeveloped plot of the Fulcrum Business Park.

Kier Property will now work with its consultants to bring the scheme forward, which has already generated interest from prospective occupiers. A pre-let for one of the units is expected to be announced shortly. The letting agents are Lambert Smith Hampton and Vail Williams.

Leigh Thomas, executive director for Kier Property commented: "We are delighted to receive planning for our scheme. We have already tendered the building contract and expect to be on-site this summer with PC (practical completion) in Spring 2020."
