Work has commenced on site to deliver 383 new homes in Milton Keynes.

The project will see a new development built on Grand Union Canal, consisting of 51 houses, 332 apartments, a 111-berth marina and new businesses, including a waterside pub, café and restaurant. Access to this previously unused part of the canal is being improved for residents as part of the scheme.

British housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched the Campbell Wharf development, with homes now available to purchase.

Campbell Wharf is the first residential development on the Grand Union Canal and benefits from convenient access to town, as well as plenty of green open spaces, and views over the water towards boats moored in the marina. Campbell Wharf is strategically located 15 minutes from Milton Keynes Central and of The Hub with its host of restaurants and amenities, the Milton Keynes Snow Dome, a cinema, and many more local attractions.
