Major Redevelopment Plans Progress At Tottenham Court Road

Plans are progressing for major redevelopment plans at Tottenham Court Road in London with a brand new appointment.

The project will create an 80,000 sq ft office-led mixed used scheme at 247 Tottenham Court Road.

UK property investor M&G Real Estate has selected CO—RE as the development manager for the project.

Philip Vaughan, Director of Development and Construction at M&G Real Estate, said: "Now is the right time to progress plans for this site to respond to the changing market and a shifting occupier profile in this part of London. With CO—RE now on board, we look forward to progressing our plans."
