Galliford Try's North East arm has transitioned into a new base in order to facilitate growth.

The business has moved from its base in Washington to a Team Valley site.

They are leasing a 6,000 sq ft office space from UK Land Estates, on its flagship estate, which boasts better connectivity, increased space for the 35-strong team and a higher quality property.

Cliff Wheatley of Galliford Try North East said: "This is an important move for the business in the North East – putting us in a well-connected location within easy access of our regional sites and developments.

"UK Land Estates' building was already fitted out to the specifications we needed, meaning the transition has been very easy.

"We look forward to welcoming clients to this smart home for the business."

Naylors brokered the letting on behalf of UK Land Estates.
