Construction work has been completed on Salford's tallest building, The Anaconda Cut.
The 44-storey residential development offers luxury rental accommodation and amenities, inviting visitors at the river Irwell crossing from Manchester city centre.
Render Build delivered the property in the Greengate area on a former disused car park. It was designed by OMI Architects with funding from real estate investment firm, Europa Capital.
The development comprises 349 fitted out apartments ranging from one to three-bedrooms, all with dramatic floor to ceiling glazed windows.
It also offers a foyer with 24 hour hotel style concierge and a mezzanine co-working space on the ground floor of the tower along with a state-of-the art resident's gym.
The Anaconda Cut forms part of a wider masterplan for Greengate which will see a significant amount of residential developments delivered over the next 10 years.
