Ancorite Surface Protection Ltd has recently completed the application of specialist terrazzo flooring at Peter House, in Central Manchester.

The flooring was laid in the First Floor Atrium area of the building which is located adjacent to St Peter's Square.

Peter House represents a new concept in high quality co-working facilities, incorporating shared work space and meeting rooms. Ancorite's client was Modus Workspace who have managed the recent refurbishment of the building.

Under a contract with Modus, Ancorite mechanically prepared the substrate, and supplied and laid Sherwin-Williams RS Terrazzo Marble epoxy flooring. This is a decorative seamless floor finish comprised of inert marble aggregates and epoxy resin. The flooring, which provides a hard wearing and decorative finish, was laid by a small team of Ancorite's specialist installers.

Ancorite is also undertaking a terrazzo flooring contract on Quay Street, in Central Manchester and provided terrazzo flooring for the refurbishment of Manchester Central Library.
