Mears Group branch, Plexus, has acquired £250 million worth of housing schemes.
Plexus focuses on long term housing schemes with a particular emphasis on working with local authorities to support UK forces veteran housing requirements as well as aiming to assist in reducing homelessness and meeting additional care and support needs.
The company aims to let the social housing out under both shared ownership and affordable/social rent.
Law firm BPE Solicitors acted for Plexus on the acquisition.

Plexus will serve as the Registered Provider.
CBRE Global Investors raised the £250m funding for the schemes.
