Galliford Try has landed a major coup to deliver the new £150 million Assembly Bristol mixed-use development.

The firm signed contracts with Bell Hammer and AXA IM-Real Assets for the multi-million pound scheme.

This contract continues Galliford Try's working relationship with Bell Hammer, following the completion of the award-winning Forbury Place development in Reading.

Work has commenced on Assembly Bristol's £50m Building A, which will consist of 200,000 sqft of office and retail space across three buildings overlooking the Avon, near the city centre.

It will include a range of flexible office spaces designed for both local and global businesses in the services, creative, consultancy, financial, media and technology sectors.
