A joint venture (JV) partnership between Kier Living, Homes England and Cross Key Homes has been strengthened with a major appointment.
Nick Moore will serve as CEO of the JV, Kier Community Living, using his 30 years' experience within the house building sector to drive the partnership forward.
In his new role, Nick will work closely with other regional teams across Kier Living and key stakeholders to deliver much needed new homes.
Since its inception six months ago, the JV housebuilding arm has saw 100 homes completed and new schemes provide a pipeline of over 2,800 homes across the UK.
John Anderson, executive director for Kier Living, said: "Our joint venture with Homes England and Cross Keys Homes is progressing well. Within six months, our vision of accelerating housing supply has already become a reality. Nick will help drive consistency and performance across the country, working closely with each of the other Kier Living regional businesses.
"With the foundations now in place, we are well placed to build on successes to date and continue to deliver our collective vision."
Nick added: "This partnership is not just about building houses, it's about creating diverse and effective communities. Working with the living regions, I look forward to driving the JV forward to leave a lasting footprint both locally and nationally as we help the Government meet its housing targets."
