An extensive refurbishment project on London's Senator building in St Paul's has been completed.

The building provides 150,000 sq ft of premium commercial space, with a new seventh floor pavilion and rooftop gardens offering great views of the city.

The project was developed by Vantage, a joint venture partnership between Legal & General Capital and PGGM, and designed by Ben Adams Architects.

GRAHAM served as the contractor on the project, delivering a new flexible dining area, cycle storage and 5,700 sq ft of landscaped gardens.

The firm also deployed BIM 360 during the work to enable site team members to visually analyse the progress of the snagging phase and make evidence-based decisions, which ultimately sped up delivery.

A new grey granite cladding was also introduced to frame the building's exterior.
