Strathearn Glasgow has completed the acquisition of office accommodation in Leeds.

Headrow Court, which is located opposite Leeds Town Hall, was purchased from Kier Property.

The 45,693 sq ft space is set over a over a cluster of four separate units. All buildings are leased to Nat West Bank PLC on an FRI lease.

Tom Gilman, managing director of Kier Property (north), said: "We are pleased to confirm the sale of Headrow Court to Strathearn Glasgow Limited. Over the last two years we have seen the office market in Leeds strengthen and as a result we felt it was the right time for this sale to happen and focus on other development projects we are involved with elsewhere in the north of England."

Knight Frank's Leeds Investment Team advised Kier Property on the sale.
