VINCI Construction Begins Work On Exeter University Accommodation

VINCI Construction has commenced work on new student accommodation at the University of Exeter.

The £91 million East Park development will include 1,182 modern bedrooms in a variety of room types and rent levels, along with a range of amenities.

The scheme is being delivered by VINCI's South West & Wales region and will open across two phases in September 2020 and September 2021.

University Partnerships Programme (UPP) was named as the preferred bidder to design, build, fund, and operate East Park.

This project continues the growth of the UPP – VINCI Construction UK relationship in the South West.
