Willmott Dixon Interior has landed a contract to refurbish the historic National Gallery In London.

The fit-out specialist will enhance the facilities at the museum, transforming Room 32, the largest within the National Gallery. Further work will also include refurbishing parts of the existing basement and ground floor areas.

The project will be delivered alongside architect Purcell.

When complete in summer 2020, the new area will deliver a modern, flexible working office environment for Gallery staff, with new meeting rooms and breakout areas, as well as changing the use of several back-of-house rooms.
