Specialist engineering consultancy RVA Group has bolstered its management team with a string of new appointments and promotions.
Matthew Waller has been named as the company's new operations director, following 10 years with RVA, while Mark Taylor has been appointed as the new engineering consultancy director. Mark first joined the company back in 2006 as a project manager.
Along with the promotions, three new project managers have also joined RVA. Adam O'Neill brings experience working in the power generation, nuclear, construction and building services to the new role, while Carl Fawkes has an extensive background in subsea engineering. Chris Donnelly also brings eight years' experience in demolition project management to the company.
These company changes come after RVA was acquired by Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH), via its wholly owned subsidiary EP UK Investments Ltd, in 2017.
Commenting on the organisational restructure, founder and managing director Richard Vann explained: "This next generation of leadership has injected an added level of dynamism into the organisation. Matthew and Mark are experienced, technically astute and likeable team members, who are extremely embracing of change – all are important qualities as we head into our next quarter of a century."
