Chartered surveyor and construction consultancy firm, Adair has expanded its presence in the Midlands with the opening of a new office and a major appointment.
Experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor Rachel Titley will lead the team as Regional Head in the Midlands office.
Rachel said: "I'm very excited to become part of Adair and to be able to deliver projects and grow networks in the Midlands while being based in my home town is a special opportunity for me."
2018 saw several reports predict strong economic growth in the Midlands and claim that while the London property market was cooling the Midlands was thriving. The relocation of several financial service firms, including HSBC, from London to Birmingham, and the city's successful regeneration, has further boosted the area.
Adair has delivered international projects from its offices in Gibraltar, Epsom and Central London.
Justin Sullivan, Adair Founder and RICS Global & UK Chair of the Quantity Surveying and Construction Professional Group boards, said: "The combination of Rachel's local knowledge and Adair's national and international experience means that we can deliver an outstanding service to clients, whatever their property and construction needs."
