Kent artist Cameron Edmonds has stole the show at Crest Nicholson's Christmas Ball after raising £12,000 for charity with his pieces of artwork.

The UK homebuilder partnered with 18-year-old Cameron to help raise money for Variety Children's Charity, auctioning off his four pencil images for £3,000 each.

Cameron has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a severe muscle wasting condition which means he is fully reliant on his wheelchair and requires 24-hour attention - but he hasn't let it hold him back as an artist.

His artwork, inspired by his love for dinosaurs, is regularly sold to raise money for Variety Children's Charity.

The four pieces were also on display as part of the décor at Crest Nicholson's Upper Longcross Show Home prior to auction.

Marcus Evans, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Regeneration, said: "We are delighted to have been able to partner with Cameron to raise much needed funds for Variety. Cam's artwork added colour to our Upper Longcross Show Home and we look forward to working with him again in the future."
