Richard commented: "Wates is a renowned and trusted contractor in the Midlands and across the UK, with an increasingly impressive portfolio of projects complementing a reputation for quality delivery and community engagement. I am pleased to be playing a strategic part in this as the business seeks to identify new markets in which it will further grow and diversify.
