Amey Business Director Quits And Joins Liberty Group

Amey Business Director Ray Jones has quit his role with the firm to joint property services firm Liberty Group.

Mr Jones joined Amey in 2017 from Carillion where he was a regional director.

Speaking about his new role, he said: "I believe that the changing and volatile marketplace that we are operating in offers a wealth of possibilities for a company as uniquely positioned as Liberty, and this was one of the driving factors of why I joined this vibrant company.

"Liberty has a significant offer across the full range of property services, from reactive and planned maintenance across all technical disciplines, refurbishments and M&E projects through to construction projects, renewable energy and project management.

"This means that as an organisation we are in a strong position, both financially and in terms of our scale. We are agile enough to make our services feel personable, responding quickly to client requirements, but we are also big enough to take on large scale opportunities with the resilience and reliability that a larger organisation brings.

"We bring the scale of services to meet all our clients needs, but also the ability to drive innovation and achieve excellence across quality, efficiency and customer care.

"It is through focussing on these key areas that I am confident that we will continue to be successful with our existing clients and markets as well as attracting new ones across a broader range of services.

"That will mean fresh thinking for our clients and an opportunity to develop on a wide-ranging skill set to move into new markets."
