Careys Civil Engineering has completed the superstructure of the No.1 Palace Street development in London.

The firm celebrated the landmark by holding a Topping Out Ceremony.

Located opposite Buckingham Palace, the No.1 Palace Street development will transform the site into 72 carefully crafted apartments, with underground parking, a communal courtyard garden, restaurant, extensive leisure facilities and full concierge service.

Scudder Demolition also delivered a package of works on the project that included cut and carve, ground drainage and steel erection works.

Despite the logistical challenges of the project, both Careys and Scudder collaborated for detailed planning and logistics management.
