Balfour Beatty has won two prizes at the recent Team Heathrow Partnership awards.
The company was handed the 'Partner of the Year' and 'Doing the Right Thing' awards at the event on Wednesday 28 November.
Balfour Beatty was praised for delivering value through innovative, smart solutions, its relentless focus on safety and its sustainable approach. The company was also highly commended for its in-depth, collaborative perception research, to understand Heathrow's views on its performance and apply lessons learnt.
Dean Banks, Chief Executive Officer of Balfour Beatty's UK Construction Services business, said: "This is a tremendous achievement and I am delighted that we have been recognised for our considerable efforts to support Heathrow's growth commitments and for our local community incentives.
"With 400 key supply chain partners, the importance of winning these accolades is clear. I would like to thank our teams who have worked tirelessly to make this happen."
Balfour Beatty was appointed to the Heathrow Airport Limited Delivery Integrator Framework in 2014 and is responsible for delivering individual projects valued between £500,000 and £70 million.
