Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe (CEE) has hosted an exclusive product training event for its UK and Ireland dealer network.

Representatives from the dealers attended New Forest Farm Machinery in Hampshire for the event last month.

They received product briefings from the European sales team, and were given the opportunity to operate key models from Yanmar's compact plant portfolio, including the C30 compact tracked carrier, wheel loader suite and latest additions to the 2018 excavator range.

Bart Verstraete and David Cockayne, UK Sales Managers at Yanmar CEE, said: "Earlier this year, we made a strategic commitment to expand our presence in the UK and Ireland construction market. Since then, we have appointed nine dealers and launched a number of innovative products.

"With a new network and rejuvenated focus, hosting an exclusive training event provided the perfect opportunity to introduce our dealers to our latest compact equipment. Alongside product updates, we also presented state-of-the-art operator technology developments and explained our plans for the future."
