UK estate agents Castle Estates and Suffolk Coastal have partnered to market properties in Orford.

Barry Leach, owner of Castle Estates, brings more than 30 years of experience selling properties in Orford to the strategic partnership.

Tim Day, Managing Director of Suffolk Coastal estate agents, has over 20 years' experience of selling, letting and holiday letting residential property across prime central London. His colleague Harry Wass, recently appointed Head of Sales, comes with 10 years' experience of selling properties in Aldeburgh and the surrounding area.

The trio will combine their knowledge and resources to provide accompanied viewings seven days a week.

Suffolk Coastal will be marketing on Rightmove and Onthemarket, whilst Castle Estates will be marketing on Zoopla and Prime Location.

Tim Day said: "The sum of the parts is that between the two agencies we cover off all the major property websites, and with our local resources, we are able to respond to enquiries quickly and facilitate viewings at very short notice."
