Experienced HR leader Kyla Farmer has joined Keltbray Group as the new HR Director.

Keltbray is a specialist business that offers engineering, construction, demolition, decommissioning, remediation, rail, power transmission & distribution, reinforced concrete structures and environmental services.

Ms Farmer previously worked in senior HR roles within two large multi-site businesses, Compass Group and TUI Travel.

She will be based at Keltbray's head office in Esher, leading a HR team of 10 and working closely with the business' best in class Training and HSQE departments.

John Keehan, Deputy CEO, of Keltbray, said: "Keltbray now has 1,800 PAYE employees, based across the UK, supplemented by temporary labour provision, all working to provide specialist services in highly regulated environments.
