G F Tomlinson has started work to develop a £3.6million leisure development in Grantham.
Pick Everard is acting as quantity surveyor and NEC contract supervisor.
The 20,000 sq ft site, once completed, will house a five-screen, 650 seat cinema which will be operated by Savoy Cinemas, as well as two retail units. The development forms part of the wider regeneration of Grantham town centre and will include the provision of improved public realm.
The project has been procured via the Scape Regional Construction framework.
