Turley Continues London Expansion With Five New Recruits

Construction News Image
UK planning consultancy Turley has continued to expand its presence in London with five new appointments.

The five new recruits will work across strategic communications, landscape and visual impact assessment and heritage services.

Phil Brogan and Theo Butt Philip have joined Turley's strategic communications team and bring with them more than 30 years' industry experience. The pair will deliver integrated communications strategies to help clients achieve successful planning outcomes for high-value projects across London and the South East.

They are joined by senior consultant Kate Dowdall, who will work in Turley's landscape and visual impact assessment team to provide planning stage landscape consultancy on a wide range of developments.

Paul Kesslar-Lyne has been named as associate director, and Camilla Gersh as senior consultant, in the heritage team. They will advise on a range of development proposals affecting a range of heritage assets in London and the South East.

Senior director, head of London and heritage, Roger Mascall, said: "We are seeing the fruits of an ambitious growth strategy for Turley in London. Demand for our full-service offering has increased and we are delighted to welcome such talented new people into our business on the back of this.

"The latest recruits are part of an ongoing story for Turley in London. We continue to review market trends and have a very positive outlook for the years ahead. We expect to add to our service offering in terms of additional people and also new 'products' in order to help our clients succeed."

The latest additions follow a reorientation of the consultancy's London leadership team, which saw Roger Mascall appointed head of the London team and Ben Wrighton named head of planning in the region earlier this year.
