Caddick Land has strengthened its senior team by appointing Mike Jones as its new Head of Planning.
With more than 30 years' experience across both the public and private sectors, Mr Jones joins Caddick Land from IDP, where he served as Planning Director.
Previously, he worked as strategic land director at Richborough Estates, where he was responsible for the acquisition and project management of strategic sites through the planning system.
Based out of the newly established Birmingham office newly established Birmingham office, Mr Jones will lead on Caddick's strategic planning and site promotion.
Speaking on his new role, Mr Jones said: "In just over a year Caddick Land has built up an impressive portfolio of residential and industrial opportunities, both major growth sectors for the property industry. I look forward to working closely with the team, to grow the Birmingham office, and help drive the overall business' success."
