Life Line Training & Operations Develops New Drug And Alcohol Awareness Course

Life Line Training & Operations have developed a new course due to the current publicity related to Mental health and the categories surrounding Mental Health, which can sometimes be associated with Drug and Alcohol misuse.

The course is split up into courses for Managers and HR, while the other is aimed towards Staff. Each course is targeted towards any organisation that employs staff using machinery, delivery drivers, taxi and minibus organisations or any other organisations that believe that this training would be beneficial.

A spokesperson for Life Line Training & Operations said: "We have successfully delivered this course to Braces Bakery Ltd who are so happy with the delivery that they have since recommended us to another large organisation."

Some of the benefits to companies booking these courses includes having more of an understanding of the legal implications of taking action and dealing with employees with drug and alcohol related problems in the workplace, as well as what you can do as an employer for employees misusing drugs or alcohol. Further key highlights include;

• Drug and Alcohol impairment and how drugs and alcohol effect workplace performance and the time it takes for alcohol to leave the system.
