Willmott Dixon Interiors Wins £19m Contract

Willmott Dixon Interiors has won a £19 million contract to create the UK's first nhow hotel in Shoreditch, London.

The nine-storey 190-room hotel will be built in the new Foster + Partners designed mixed-use development called 250 City Road.

Willmott Dixon Interiors will take the new building from shell and core to completion, which is set for summer 2019.

The deal takes the value of hotel work secured by Willmott Dixon Interiors to over £100m, with notable deals including a high-end boutique hotel refurbishment at St Martin's Place, Trafalgar Square, as well as several brand refreshes for Travelodge, converting apart-hotels in Long Lane and Earls Court into the Residence Inn by Marriott brand, plus rebrands for Village Hotels in Newcastle, Dudley and Leeds.
