Dr Gavin Dunn, CEO of CABE, said: "Dame Judith is the author of one of the most significant reports published in recent times that will have an effect on our industry, not just now, but for future generations. We are delighted to welcome Dame Judith to deliver the keynote speech at our Annual Conference and Exhibition, and to offer our members and other industry professionals the opportunity to hear from her directly on such important issues."
