Homes England has unveiled its 19-strong Property Framework team to help support the construction and development of new homes.

Members of the framework, which is valued at £150m, will help Homes England market sites to developers, as well as carry out site evaluations, estate management and acquisitions and disposals.

In addition, they will also advise on local markets, viability, investment and strategic planning issues as well as help create new development models and partnering arrangements.
