More than 1,000 new homes are to be built at Tottenham Hale in London.
Develop Argent Related has submitted plans to redevelop the area with six buildings containing a mix of 1,036 affordable, market sale and rental homes.
Working with AHMM, Alison Brooks Architects, Pollard Thomas Edwards and Grant Associates, plans include developing new public realm along with 15 new retail spaces, co-working and office space, a health centre serving 30,000 local people, two football pitches' worth of open space with seating and planting 75 new trees.
Argent Related is a joint venture between Argent, one of the UK's most prominent developers, and Related, one of the United States' most prolific real estate & investment firms.
Tom Goodall, the Director at Argent Related leading the project, said: "Tottenham is an inspiring part of London. Its street life, clusters of artists, adventurous young businesses, and the breadth of opinions, cultures and aspirations we have encountered have directly contributed to our proposals for Tottenham Hale."
The plans are likely to go before the London Borough of Haringey's planning sub-committee later this year.
