More than 560 new homes are to be built in Cambridgeshire.
Newly-created development company, This Land, has acquired 20 new sites across the county, including a mixed-use site at Soham Northern Gateway, a new residential development at land adjacent Hereward Hall and a range of sites in surrounding villages including Brampton, Foxton, Wicken, Guilden Morden and Litlington.
In addition, the company has identified a number of sites to increase its portfolio by a further 1,000 new homes.
