Plans have been approved for a new £50 million residential project at Old Oak and Park Royal in London.

A 20-storey residential tower along with 2,300 sq ft of commercial space, a new church, nursery and community facilities will be developed by Fruition Properties on the north-eastern entrance to the 650-hectare regeneration zone.

Designed by Stiff + Trevillion architects, the scheme will involve building a total of 85 new homes comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments. Construction is due to start in early 2019, with completion estimated for 2021.
