Wates has made a trio of new appointments to strengthen its leadership team in the Southern Home Counties.
Sarah Beard joins the company as Business Development Manager, while Jason Wooldridge has been promoted to Operations Director with Kevin Scott also assuming the same role.
Ms Beard, who previously worked for Newbury based Francis Construction, will develop and manage relationships with customers and consultants in line with the region's wider work winning strategy.
Elsewhere, Mr Wooldrige will oversee all activity on the South Coast as well as the build programme of luxury care homes at Signature Wandsworth. His counterpart, Mr Scott, will oversee the northern half of the region and will be responsible for schemes including the £32m Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead.
Alec Jackman, Business Unit Director, Southern Home Counties, said: "Between them, Jason and Kevin boast over 40 years at Wates – not only are they exceptionally well placed to lead our operations across the region, their long service exemplifies the family ethos that is so pivotal to our company's success. Sarah joins us after gaining a wealth of experience across a variety of roles in her career to date, making her an incredibly valuable addition to our team.
"This trio of appointments is excellent news for our region, and will help us deliver a continually improving service on existing contracts while improving our offer for potential new clients."
