Interserve Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Interserve has appointed Nicholas Pollard as its a Non-Executive Director.

Having previously worked at Railtrack, Network Rail, Skanska, Bovis Lendlease, Navigant and Balfour Beatty, Mr Pollard has extensive experience as an advisor for a range of public and private companies on their strategy and wider business issues, particularly in the construction industry.

In addition to having considerable international experience, principally in the Middle East and Asia Pacific, Mr Pollard is also a member of the CBI Infrastructure Board, advisor to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland and a Board member of the Environmental Services Association.

He is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Cory Riverside Energy.

Glyn Barker, Interserve's Chairman, said: "I am delighted to welcome Nicholas to Interserve. He brings a wealth of relevant experience which will be of great value to the Interserve Board."
