More Than 190 New Homes To Be Built In Wigan

More than 190 new homes are to be built in Wigan.

Home builder Countryside will develop 192 new units next to Owens Farm in Hindley Green following approval by Wigan Council.

The new Belmont Place development will include a variety of Countryside's popular home designs.

Deborah Hughes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Countryside, said: "Our vision for this scheme is to create a welcoming community that will stand the test of time for generations to come. We look forward to building on our already successful partnerships with Wigan Council and Sigma Capital Group to deliver these much-needed homes."
