Transport for London (TfL) has started hunting for firms to deliver a four-year track renewal programme worth £250 million.
The deal, set to commence in early 2019, includes carrying out ballasted track renewals, points and crossing renewal, points and crossing heavy maintenance and trackside drainage renewal.
The contract also includes a six-year extension option. Interested firms have until 19 June to prequalify, with the shortlisted bidder due to be finalised by the start of August.
