Pegasus Group has relocated to a new office in Liverpool following a period of significant growth in the city and North West region.
The consultancy has moved to larger premises at No4 St Paul's Square after recent expansion at the Liverpool office, with turnover increasing by more than 50% since 2016.
In addition, the team has also increased to to eight members of which three are Directors, including recent appointments Sheila Wright and Simon Tarr, headed up by Neil Culkin.
Recent projects led by the Liverpool office include;
• Helping to secure Green Belt release for housing in Knowsley.
• Planning consent at appeal relating to a landmark high rise building associated with Panoramic 34 Restaurant located in West Tower,
• Securing planning permission for St. Modwen on the development of a 69,000 sq ft parcel delivery distribution hub on a 6.7 acre site at Stonebridge Industrial Estate, Liverpool
