Interserve has secured a new two-year facilities management (FM) deal worth over £10 million with Southwark Council.
The contract, which builds on an existing longstanding and wide-ranging deal with the local authority, will see see Interserve continue to provide a range of services, including security, mechanical and electrical services, cleaning, helpdesk, portering and pest control at over 90 sites across the Borough of Southwark, including corporate buildings, care homes, day centres, and 13 libraries.
