Work on two new office build projects worth £1.2 million in North Lincolnshire is now complete.
The projects were delivered by building and structural engineering company, Britcon.
The first scheme involved the £750,000 refurbishment of Unique Party's Medford House headquarters in Scunthorpe, as well as the refurbishment of one of its distribution warehouses.
Elsewhere, Britcon deliverd a £468,000 project to build a new two-storey headquarters office building in Gainsborough for painting contractor, Jack Tighe. The scheme is the first phase of a three-phase plan by Jack Tighe to expand its facilities.
With existing projects underway for North Lincolnshire Council to deliver a new HQ for Ongo Homes and provide a major extension to Church Square House, Britcon is delivering more than £12m of work in the region.
Martin Hilyard, Chairman of Jack Tighe, said: "We are delighted with the works from Britcon. Its team are a credit to the company who were always extremely professional and efficient. We would not hesitate in using Britcon again for phase two and indeed recommending them to others."
